This is a block of 5 x Wednesday evening tutored life drawing classes. Wayne Van Eyk demonstrates a fast set-up process, and a practical introduction to drawing the figure, capturing a pose and managing the balance between key elements and avoiding pitfalls. This will incorporate capturing the figure in short poses and developing your skills and drawing techniques through the longer poses. Methods and skills covered include: the simplified skeleton, proportions and foreshortening, gesture, 3-D volume and orientation, and shadows and shading. For beginners and intermediate.
